We are a small team of planners and designers led by founder Clara Whitlock. For twelve years we have helped couples turn a long list of decisions into one clear plan, and one very good party.
We take a limited number of weddings each season so that every couple works directly with a lead planner from the first call to the last dance.

How far in advance should we book?
For full planning, twelve to eighteen months is ideal. For month of coordination, we recommend booking at least four months before your date.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. We plan throughout the Southeast and lead destination weddings in Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean. Travel is quoted in your proposal.
What is the typical budget of your weddings?
Our couples usually invest between $60,000 and $250,000 in their celebration overall. We are happy to talk through what is realistic for your guest count.
Can we choose our own vendors?
Of course. We share trusted recommendations, but we are always glad to work with vendors you already love.
